About RiQS - A solution from the field, for the field
RiQS was born out of a personal challenge. Anton Widler, former CEO of Deloitte Switzerland and operator of several medical centers, recognized that important information was being lost in his operations: Important information was getting lost, teams were working at the limit and he had no clear insight into the processes on site.
As the existing software solutions were no real help, the decision was made to develop his own solution to help him and his teams. What he had developed for his own operations quickly turned out to be a solution that could also solve similar problems in other facilities. RiQS was born!
Our philosophy - practical, effective and team-oriented
It was clear from the start: RiQS has to work in the real, hectic working day. That's why we took our time and thoroughly tested and developed every function before it was used. Our motivation is to create a simple and intuitive solution that is ready for immediate use - no matter how much technical experience users have.
We follow the bottom-up principle: the local teams know best which solutions have the greatest impact on quality and what really works in day-to-day work. From the outset, it was important to us that the key to real improvements does not lie in additional resources or instructions from above. Instead, we wanted to create a solution that would support the teams on the ground with the right tools to organize themselves better. Our aim was to develop a solution that is so simple and helpful that the professionals would choose it themselves - an app that makes their everyday lives noticeably easier and does not feel like it is being imposed from above.
